How To Make Crunchy Praline Topped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

1 (24 ounce) package Simply Potatoes(r) Mashed Sweet Potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup corn flakes cereal, coarsely crushed
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole dish* with nonstick cooking spray. Stir Simply Potatoes(r) and salt in casserole dish until well blended.

In medium bowl stir together all remaining ingredients. Spread topping evenly over Simply Potatoes(r).

Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is light golden brown and potatoes are heated through.
